Refund policy

**Refund Policy for Edge Store**

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Edge Store. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that some products are not eligible for returns, such as digital downloads, gift cards, or personalized items, refurbished. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@edgestores.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship your product back to us. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it and credit your original method of payment within 10 business days. If your refund is rejected, we will contact you to explain why and offer you an exchange or store credit instead.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements. We also reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
